Keep your body in a straight line while engaging your core. Hold this position for as long as you can, starting with 30 seconds and increasing over time.
5. Bridge Pose to Activate Glutes
This exercise will help you activate your glutes, which are important for stabilizing your pelvis. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet hip-width apart. Lift your hips off the ground to form a straight line from shoulders to knees. Squeeze your glutes at the top and hold for about 15 seconds. Do three sets of 10 reps.
6. The Chin Tuck
This exercise will help you correct the forward head posture that results from using technology devices. Whether you're sitting or standing with a straight back, gently retract your chin as if creating a double chin. Hold this posture for about 5 seconds, then release. You can do this exercise throughout the day to counteract the effects of "tech neck."
